A 19-year-old who spent time in a Youth Justice Centre earlier this year has failed to
appear in court.
Joshua Fuller was summoned to appear in Ballarat Magistrate’s Court on Tuesday
(September 12) on charges including handle stolen goods, drive whilst suspended
and breach of community corrections order.
The Ballan resident was sentenced to six-months in prison in January this year after
pleading guilty to 14 charges, which included reckless conduct endangering serious
injury and three counts of driving whilst suspended.
He was ordered to complete a 12-month community corrections order upon release,
and his driver’s license was disqualified.
Fuller was granted bail following the string of new offences after a friend provided a
$100 surety, which was forfeited on Tuesday.
A warrant for his arrest was issued and a $500 surety was applied.
