It will be another month before Love Close resident Godwin Aquilina appears before a Magistrate, after his case to be heard on Wednesday 25 September, was adjourned.
Aquilina was set to appear in the Ballarat Magistrate’s court last week before Magistrate Steven Raleigh, but his hearing was further adjourned to his bail date in his absence.
The accused’s lawyer told the court his client was a “patient of Forensicare” and that they are waiting for an assessment from his doctor.
Aquilina was remanded earlier this year to Ravenhall Corrections Centre, where he is awaiting a bail hearing, now set for Friday 25 October at the Bacchus Marsh Magistrates court.
