Legislation prevents one hour drive

A man who tested positive to cannabis and methamphetamine whilst driving has asked to be granted one-hour’s drive a day.

Dean Aquilina pleaded guilty to driving whilst under the influence of drugs in the Bacchus Marsh Magistrates’ Court on Friday, 29 November, before Magistrate Gregory Robinson.
