The scene at the Bacchus Marsh Magistrate’s court on Friday 3 April differed to any other week, with a bail application being heard via video link from three different locations.

The accused, who the Moorabool News have chosen not to name to protect the victim’s identity, appeared via video link, and the accused’s lawyer was present in court.
