A father told a local court he feared for his safety if his son (accused) was released on bail.
The 38-year-old Mount Clear man, who the Moorabool News have chosen not to identify to protect the victims, appeared in the Bacchus Marsh Magistrate’s court on Friday 15 May via video link.
The accused was originally granted bail by Magistrate Ron Saines the day prior (May 14) but, appeared before Magistrate Bob Kumar after police attempted to revoke the man’s bail on May 15.
