A Darley man escorted by police, attended the Bacchus Marsh Magistrate’s court to appeal bail with a lengthy list of charges.
43-year-old Peter O’Connor, appeared before Magistrate Bob Kumar on Friday 12 June, representing himself.
O’Connor was applying for bail on charges of theft, committing an indictable offence whilst on bail, drug possession, drive whilst suspended, driving an unregistered vehicle and failing to stop on police indication.
