A woman feared her safety may be compromised if she reported her ex-partner as the complainant in a speeding matter, so she stayed silent.
The 27-year-old Ballarat woman, who the Moorabool News have chosen not to name to protect her identity, sought a sentence indication on three charges in the Bacchus Marsh Magistrate’s court on Friday 10 July.
