A man entered a plea of guilty in the Bacchus Marsh Magistrate’s court after disobeying interlock conditions.
Appearing before Magistrate Bob Kumar on Friday 7 August, the court heard at 2am on January 27, Michael Darcy was intercepted by police travelling north-east on Ballan-Geelong Road, Ballan.
