After leaving graffiti in a train carriage, assaulting a police officer, and fleeing on foot, a 21-year old Ballan man has been released on bail into the care of his mother.
Tom McConnell appeared via video link to make an application for bail in the Bacchus Marsh Magistrate’s on Friday 9 October.
