A man was intercepted by police doing routine registration checks a month before he was due to be relicenced, a court has heard.
Mark Ives entered a plea of guilty to driving charges in the Bacchus Marsh Magistrate’s court on Friday 9 October.
Police lawyer Paul Thomas told the court the offending occurred on April 14 at around 2:20pm.
