A man was granted bail in the Bacchus Marsh Magistrate’s court on October 16 despite being charged with possessing weapons.
The 37-year-old, Daniel Millington appeared before Magistrate Bob Kumar via WebEx with police lawyer Paul Thomas calling on informant Sergeant Glenn Saw, to provide a statement to the court of the offending by the defendant.
Sgt Saw said Millington was living inside a van parked at a Bacchus Marsh carpark on Lidgett street at the time of the offending.
