A man who punched his partner in the face after he became aggressive when questioned about his intentions with a co-worker, entered a guilty plea in the Bacchus Marsh court.
A 43-year-old Hepburn Shire man, who the Moorabool News have chosen not to name to protect the victim, entered the plea to assault charges on Friday 13 November.
Police lawyer Jenna Bridges told the court a verbal argument erupted on October 26 between the accused and his wife at their home, after she questioned her husband’s intentions with one of his co-workers.
