Driving 50km/h over the speed limit has cost a probationary driver his licence and a hefty fine.
The 19-year-old entered a plea of guilty to speeding charges in the Bacchus Marsh Magistrates’ court on Friday 6 November, before Magistrate Bob Kumar.
Police lawyer Paul Thomas told the court Ethan Beyers was driving east on the Western Freeway, Myrniong, when he was detected by police, travelling at 160km/h in a signed 110km/h zone.
