Multiple police officers attended a Bacchus Marsh hotel late last year to detain a man after ‘causing issues’, and then refused to be placed in handcuffs.
The 31-year-old appeared before Magistrate Bob Kumar on Friday 6 November and entered a plea of guilty to being drunk in a public place and resisting arrest.
